The second you walk in the shop you are greated with heart warming smiles and a little natter for a catch up. I moved to Ramsbottom about 6 years ago, only knowing a hand full of people. However, due to people like Deb and her team, I was instantly made to feel like a friend and welcomed into the beautiful community that is Ramsbottom. They always take the time to see how you and the family are doing, this is the type of shopping experience you can not get in the big cities. They have a great variety of clothing for all ages, and 9/10 times they have what we are looking for. I was thrilled a few years back when they opened there second store as this one sells childrens wear. The clothes are not only beautiful but top quality and wash wonderful. If I had a clothes line, this is the type of place I would want to sell my products. Not only for the professionalism that oozes through the outstanding team they have but for the personal individualised shopping experiences "that come with a cup of tea". Fantastic job Ladies and it is truly a pleasure to be a part of the Velvet friends club.

If you want a very enjoyable shopping experience, visit Velvet in Ramsbottom. Don't go intending to buy just one thing, as with Debbie's wonderful ranges you are spoilt for choice. I love shopping where you are treated as a valued customer, and you can trust their opinion as to whether something fits or looks nice. Not very many shops with such knowledgeable and honest staff, and a nice cup of coffee on offer.

What a fabulous place - great stock, wide choice, quality products and most of all......... a very pleasant and comfortable shopping experience and service !!!!! The girls/ladies in here are very knowledgable , very helpful and very skilled in providing help when re-stocking any part of your wardrobe. Without a doubt a professional but at the same time, down to earth and relaxed environment ...... beautiful presented shop and a strong favourite of mine. Would HIGHLY recommend and if you haven’t been already, I would suggest you do. You pay for what you get .....and here you get top quality products and service. I personally am very grateful for all the help they’ve provided me and the items I have purchased here! You’ve got it spot on ladies and keep up the wonderful work, your shop is fabulous!!!!!!
